We chose Seiretto because of a recommendation from a friend.  They have a good reputation among businesses especially small to medium ones because of the friendly service and facilities on offer to people like ourselves who are new to web hosting and designing.  

We particularly liked the facility to submit your site to search engines as this seems a bit of a hit and miss area for web site designers."

"Seiretto was recommended to us as a reliable Web Host by a friend who had short listed 2 companies warranting serious investigation.  We checked both potential sites, capabilities, packages and prices.   We also looked at articles on the Web for advice.  In the end we chose Seiretto because they offered a ‘start-up’ package that matched our needs, allowed us a growth path as things progress and didn’t put banners all over our site to detract the message we are trying to get across.  We were convinced of their reliability and capacity of the windows hosting - and the price was right, no contest.

"A friend recommended Seiretto to us.  We contacted Seiretto and ordered our domain name (FoleyMotorcycles.co.uk) and received email confirmation that it had been registered within just a few hours of us deciding upon our required name.

Initially we had a few technical problems, due to our lack of IT knowledge.  However, with the help of Seiretto's technical support desk we were able to eventually get our web site up and running.  We find the ability to create separate email accounts (POP accounts) very useful, and use one for home use and one just for the shop.  This means we don't get business email mixed up with personal email.

Seiretto Support have always been there for us whenever we requested help, however trivial!  As we are not computer/Internet experts we need this."
