3. We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent (this does not include notification emails providing information on technical changes or updates and/or benefits for our clients).
    
4. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.

The information we will collect about you is solely restricted to the data you enter when you order a web hosting package.  When you order a web hosting package you become a member of Seiretto, all members are able to update information held by us at any time by logging into their account and selecting the modify details function.
    
6. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. 
    
7. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
    
8. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

We may use technology to track visitors to our site.  This includes using a "cookie" which would be stored on your computer.  You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening.  The information we collect within this cookie is used to identify which other web site sent you to us, this does NOT identify you.  NO personal details are stored within the cookie.
