Birmingham council - the wasted millions of pounds
___________________________________________________________________________________________Millions of pounds missing, and no auditable accounts. This has echoes of The Post Office to me.
They chose an Oracle modified system, but now will use a standard install. Read more:

Storage devices like USB memory sticks are now so cheap - the cost of space has never been so low. You can now find a 1 terabyte USB stick for less than 100 GBP (you will find
cheaper but the transfer rate is often too slow, ensure you get USB
standard 3.2 or greater, then the speed should be at least 1 Gbit/s).
This has no bearing on the online storage costs, at least not currently - this is due to MANY reasons:
- data speed access far outstrips a USB stick
- the backup systems are massive (storing petabytes) and fast
all this still costs a great deal in comparison with your USB stick you hold in your hand.

Now to lighten the end - with an eVTOL
___________________________________________________________________________________________Flying taxis are on the way, no pilots you jump in and go.
How long before one falls from the sky, perhaps in the future we may need crash hats when we go out, read more:
