The UK still seems to be battling to gain access to data on Apple devices.  While this maybe something Governments all over the world would like, such a move would leave all that data at risk.

2 billion, that is 2 thousand times a million (2000,000,000).  A very high price to pay for a HR/finance package.

Worth every penny?  If it delivered a working system without issues maybe, but that would be asking tooooooooo much.

This does bring in the question of just how much as the NHS wasted during the last 20yrs on IT projects which have consistently failed to deliver?

Also, this month saw Birmingham City Council inquiry into their botched install of an Oracle system originally priced at 20 million pound, now projected to cost 130 million to apply remedy work:
